The CHBA is sponsoring its 3rd annual Gallery of Homes
This is a scattered site homeshow throughout Clermont County.
This will allow builders to showcase their model homes or market homes to the public and allow for great advertising opportunities.
Entry Fee:
- $1,850 for a non CHBA member
- $1,600 for a CHBA member first entry
- $1,400 for a CHBA member second entry
- $100 discount for each 2007 Gallery of Homes participant re-entry
Advertising:
As with any home show event, the CHBA is committing a large portion of the entry fee towards advertising including:
- 1/4 page color ad per home in the "Gallery of Homes Plan Book"
- This "Plan Book" will be a full color glossy insert designed for the 2008 Gallery of Homes and inserted into the Sunday Enquirer and distributed to 60,000 homes
- 2008 Gallery of Homes promotional ads in the Community Press, East side journals
- 2008 Gallery of Homes promotional ad in the Real Estate Weekly, a weekly publication by the Cincinnati Enquirer
